NuViza is a nutritional product company. According to the company official website, the company was founded in January 2011.

However, the company domain nuviza.com was registered in September 2014. Moreover, their Facebook page was also created in October 2014.

By knowing about these two things, we start doubting the company claim that they were present in the market from 2011.

According to NuViza official website, the organization has a team of 7 members and all of them has a common aim to change the world with the help of their three products.

Moreover, the founder and the chairman of the company is Ahmad Evaji. We have done some research about Ahman, and by seeing his Facebook profile, we get to know that since 2013 he is doing the advertisement of ZV International. ZV International is also known as ZoiVi.

So it seems that that ZV international is a precursor to NuViza. However, Ahmad old company ZV International which operate zvinternational.com is now not available in the market. The reason for the closing of the company is anonymous. No one knows much about it.

In my opinion, it is not the right decision to invest in a company whose owner has previously launched a company which was closed with an undisclosed reason.

The company operates in the health niche, and its main products are of weight loss. On their official, the company has a total of eight products which are as follows.

  • 10GO: It is a coffee that increases energy and also helps in maintaining a good mood.

However, the company doesn’t provide retail pricing information on the website. When any person clicks on the buy now button to purchase any product, the page automatically redirects to a login page of the company.

NuViza Compensation Plan

The company compensation plan comprises of affiliates paid retail commissions, residual commissions, and some other performance-based bonuses.

Commission Qualification

An affiliate can qualify for a commission depending on the monthly sales, which are as follows.

  • 75PV: Basic
  • 500PV: Entrepreneur
  • 1000PV: Promoter

Moreover, these qualifications only need to be fulfilled once. After meeting these requirements, the person becomes a NuViza affiliate for life.

However, the commission qualification is different for every affiliate rank. We have discussed this later on in this article.

Retail Commissions

The money difference between the retail pricing and wholesale pricing of a product is given in the form of a retail commission.

When anyone person purchases a NuViza product, the affiliate earns a retail commission depending on the wholesale and retail price difference.

NuViza Affiliate Ranks

In the company compensation plan, there are a total of 12 affiliate ranks. Moreover, each rank has different qualification criteria.

To understand the company affiliate ranks system, you should know the meaning of the two below terms:

  • PV ( Personal Volume): Sales that are personally generated by the affiliate.
  • GV (Group Volume): Sales that are generated by an affiliate downline.

1 to 6 Ranks

  • Certified Promoter: To qualify for this rank, you should generate 50 PV per month plus recruit at least one customer affiliate.
  • Manager: To qualify for this rank, you should generate 50 PV per month and recruit at least two customer affiliates. Moreover, you should have a downline that produces at least 1000 PV.
  • Senior Manager: To qualify for this rank, you should generate 50 PV per month and need to recruit at least three customer affiliates. Moreover, you should have a downline that produces at least 2500 PV per month.
  • Supervisor: To qualify for this rank, you should generate 50 PV per month and recruit at least four members. Apart from this, you need to have a downline that generates at least 5000 GV a month.
  • Director: To qualify for this rank, you should generate 100 PV and recruit at least five customer affiliates. Moreover, you need to have a downline that generates at least 10,000 GV per month.
  • Senior Director:  To qualify for this rank, you should generate 100 PV and recruit at least six customer affiliates. Furthermore, you need to have a downline that generates at least 25,000 GV per month.

7 to 12 Ranks

  • Executive: To qualify for this rank, you should generate 100 PV and recruit at least seven affiliate members. Moreover, you need to have a downline that generates at least 50,000 GV per month.

Rank Advancement and Fast Start Bonus

When an affiliate achieves a certain rank for the first time and maintains that rank for three months then the affiliate earns a specific amount of money for it. The earning of an affiliate is as following.

  •  $20,000: Vice President
  • $50,000: Senior Vice President
  • $100,000: Chairman
  • $250,000: Founder

However, these bonuses are paid within 12 months.

An affiliate earns a fast start bonus when any recruited affiliate order any product after 32 days of joining the company. Furthermore, the commission is provided by using the unilevel composition structure, and the commissions are given up to 4 levels.

Residual Commission and Matching Residual Commission

Residual commissions are also paid by using a uni-level compensation structure, but in this, the commissions are given up to seven levels.

Other Plans and Bonuses

Apart from the above methods, there are some other ways by which an affiliate can earn commission like team development bonus and lifestyle bonus.

  • 3%: Chairman

There is a pool bonus in which the commission of 2% of global sales volume is paid to the affiliate of Promoter, Director, Senior Executive, Chairman and Founder ranks.

In last, the company has a lifestyle bonus. An affiliate can earn a lifestyle bonus if there is a rank between the Director and Founder. The bonus is different for each rank which is as follows.

  • $100: Director
  • $250: Senior Director
  • $500: Executive
  • $1000: Senior Executive
  • $1500: Vice President
  • $2000: Senior Vice President
  • $2500: Chairman
  • $3000: Founder

Final Verdict

By understanding the company compensation plan, the first thing that stuck in my mind is the company three-tier compensation structure which is quite confusing.

Moreover, at various parts, the commission opportunity is restricted according to rank qualification. Another problem with the company is that the established date that the company tells is might not be right because their domain was registered three years later than the company establishment date.

In my opinion, you should do some research before investing in the company because the company MLM scheme seems very suspicious to me.
